Description
As the Senior Account Executive , you will participate in the development and execution of multi-channel direct response and digital campaigns on behalf of non-profit clients. You will manage daily contact with clients, monitor campaign process, and coordinate the efforts of production/creative to ensure quality service to clients. This person will product results analysis and contribute to budget development.
This is a hybrid position out of our Lincoln, MA office.

Your Impact:
  • Manage implementation of direct mail and digital projects/campaigns by coordinating resource management and planning across multiple internal departments.
  • Prepare and initiate strategy sessions and provide input to team for developing strategy.
  • Assemble and present samples, past results, current strategies, and other materials necessary for strategy development.
  • Solicit and compile feedback from client.
  • Submit approved strategy to creative.
  • Manage both the internal and client review and approval processes.
  • Ensure timely campaign process with Creative and communicate internal delays.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Distribute and communicate weekly status reports, gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with Production team, data and list vendors to compile RFP pricing for upcoming fiscal year budget.
  • Work with Account Management team to pul previous performance data.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-4 years marketing and/or communications experience, preferably in non-profit marketing required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills required.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize timelines, and deadline driven.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with THD team and external client team.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of database marketing/fundraising and account management preferred.
