Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, with experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Install and set up new machines or equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow safety protocols
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, PLCs and troubleshooting
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overtime or shifts as needed
