About the role

Front of House Managers are expected to lead the team in providing outstanding service that surpasses our guests' needs and anticipations. An adept manager excels in bustling, high-stress situations and maintains a keen awareness of both guests' and team members' requirements. They possess strong problem-solving abilities, collaborating with their team to resolve any service-related concerns or inquiries to the guests' contentment. Their role involves blending professionalism with a friendly demeanor, ensuring uniformity in both service and product quality.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years management experience, with the ability to effectively manage the unit during busy periods
  • Experience with reservation and POS software
  • Valid DC ABRA Manager On Duty license
