We are looking for a few teammates to help us launch a cocktail bar in August!
Inspired by the iconic cocktail bars listed on “The World’s 50 Best”— Bar Underdog is a new concept developed by Master Sommelier Dennis Kelly and Michelin-starred Chef Anthony Secviar, owner/operators of Protégé. Our favorite cocktail bars in Tokyo, London, and New York City are applying the level of creativity and technique to beverage that Michelin-starred chefs apply to cuisine. We are extremely excited to introduce a cocktail bar with this level of ambition to Palo Alto, California.
We are flexible and offer part-time and full-time positions. We will be in service Wednesday-Sunday and shifts will generally begin at 3pm and end around 11pm. Our ideal candidates are warm, energetic, and detail-orientated . We place enormous value on teamwork and personal respect. Some service experience is preferred, but we're looking for people we can mentor and help to reach their full potential. A passion for learning and growing is essential!
