Inspired by the iconic cocktail bars listed on “The World’s 50 Best”— Bar Underdog is a new concept developed by Master Sommelier Dennis Kelly and Michelin-starred Chef Anthony Secviar, owner/operators of Protégé.
Our favorite cocktail bars in Tokyo, London, and New York City are applying the level of creativity and technique to beverage that Michelin-starred chefs apply to cuisine. We are extremely excited to introduce a cocktail bar with this level of ambition to Palo Alto, California.
Bar Underdog will be in service Wednesday-Sunday and our bartending positions are full-time . Ideal candidates are warm, energetic, and detail-orientated . Our culture fosters genuine hospitality and professional growth. We place enormous value on teamwork and personal respect. Bartending experience is required, but we're looking for people we can mentor and help to reach their full potential. A passion for learning and growing is essential!
