Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a SVP, Deposit Operations Officer for an opportunity with a client located in Roseville, CA.Responsibilities:Operational Excellence & ComplianceMaintain expert-level knowledge of deposit regulations, payment systems, AML, and privacy laws to ensure full compliance with all bank policies and federal/state regulationsLead the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational policies and procedures, balancing regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer servicePartner with other deposit-related SVPs to ensure teams are well-trained and internal controls pass audits and regulatory exams with excellenceSystems & Product StrategyServe as the strategic advisor for the bank's core and ancillary deposit systems, influencing direction and enhancementsOversee the research, development, testing, and launch of new deposit products that meet market demands and regulatory requirementsManage vendor relationships for deposit operations systems, ensuring seamless integration of new services and capabilitiesBranch Development & ExpansionLead new branch development from lease signing through opening, ensuring operational readiness and compliance from day oneProvide high-level operational support and guidance for branch network success across multiple locationsPolicy & Risk ManagementOversee revisions to account agreements and disclosures to minimize risk, maintain compliance, and support strategic growthEnsure timely operational adjustments in response to changing regulations, new systems, and evolving business practicesSpecial Projects & Strategic InitiativesDirect special projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion while aligning with organizational prioritiesCommit to at least 10 CRA volunteer hours annually, with compensated time and mileage reimbursementRequirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field-or equivalent relevant experienceExperience: 8+ years of progressive branch/deposit operations experience and 5+ years in management within financial servicesExpertise: In-depth knowledge of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and operational best practicesTechnology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and banking platformsLeadership: Proven ability to inspire, coach, and manage high-performing teams in a multi-branch environmentSkills: Exceptional organizational, time management, analytical, and decision-making skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracyDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
