The Learning & Development Analyst will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of employee development programs across the organization. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, employee development, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with HR partners, business leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure training initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and employee growth.
We are looking for a recent graduate who is interested in making a career, learning and growing at Albany International.
Job Functions:
- Training Needs Analysis: Assist in identifying learning gaps through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
- Program Development: Support the creation of engaging learning content (e-learning, instructor-led, blended formats).
- LMS Administration: Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate course assignments and reporting.
- Training Coordination: Schedule and organize training sessions, manage logistics, and communicate with participants.
- Data & Reporting: Track participation, analyze feedback, and prepare reports on training effectiveness and ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR, managers, and external vendors to support learning initiatives.
- Compliance Support: Ensure training programs meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current on L&D trends and recommend enhancements to existing programs.
Ergonomic Items / Working Conditions:
While performing the responsibilities of the job, you will be required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel and to manipulate keys on a keyboard. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Internship or project experience in HR or L&D
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Passion for learning and employee development
