What The Accounts Receivable Specialist Will Be Doing

• Manage the full accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections.
• Responsible for collections and engaging in ongoing communication with customers
• Utilize Excel to sort and filter information
• Generate and review aging reports and escalate overdue accounts as needed
