As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our organization. Your mission? Ensuring the timely collection of outstanding balances while building positive relationships with our valued customers.
Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts with an eye for detail on payment statuses
- Conducting thorough credit evaluations and recommending credit limits and payment terms
- Collaborating with internal teams to efficiently resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
- Assisting in crafting and implementing cutting-edge credit and collections policies
- Providing stellar customer service, answering inquiries, and offering ingenious payment solutions
Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable/credit and collections or a related field
- Proficiency in financial software and the MS Office Suite
- Analytical prowess with an impeccable eye for detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to juggle tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven setting
- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing credit and collections practice
