Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and organize common areas such as conference rooms, pantries, copy rooms, mail rooms, offices, and supply closets.
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries: receiving, sorting, logging, and distributing them.
- Handle outgoing mail and packages by running them to the post office or FedEx.
- Perform mail room duties, including adding postage and preparing labels.
- Monitor and clean designated common areas regularly.
- Assist with basic maintenance repairs, equipment setup, and breakdown as needed.
- Set up coffee stations and ice makers daily; manage dishwashing and surface cleaning in kitchens.
- Stock and replenish snacks, sodas, waters, and other supplies in kitchens; purchase items as necessary.
- Monitor office supply levels and place orders with vendors.
- Assist with building engine requests and office moves, including packing, moving, and unpacking.
- Ensure reception areas, wellness rooms, and storage rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.
- Manage paper supply inventory throughout the office.
- Set up and clean up catering for meetings and events.
- Assist with preparing visiting attorney offices.
- Handle breakdown and removal of boxes and shredding tasks.
- Clean surfaces and glass partitions in common areas.
- Vacuum and sweep carpets; coordinate carpet cleaning as needed.
- Provide coverage and fulfill requests as required.
