We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join our team. This role involves supporting the ServiceNow platform, enhancing its capabilities, and ensuring it meets user needs and best practices.
Duties and Responsibilities: Administer and enhance the ServiceNow platform for Customer Service Management (CSM). Perform upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements on the platform. Develop and implement solutions based on business requirements. Monitor application performance and suggest improvements. Create user journeys and support the design of CSM configurations. Research and propose enhancements to existing systems. Fix bugs and issues in ServiceNow production for CSM. Execute data mapping and bulk data imports/updates. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5 years of experience with CSM technology and ServiceNow administration. Experience with web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, XML, and Web Services. Experience integrating ServiceNow with other tools. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the governmental sector (local, state, or federal). Successful implementation of ServiceNow CSM applications. Strong knowledge of CSM processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear analyses. Ability to obtain a security clearance with FedRamp standards. Must-Have Skills:
Experience in the governmental sector (1 Year). Implementation of ServiceNow CSM application (3 Years). Continuous improvement initiatives (3 Years). Familiarity with HR processes (3 Years). Strong communication and analysis skills (3 Years). Security clearance eligibility with FedRamp standards (3 Years).
