Careington International is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Database Administrator with UI experience. The role will be worked within our Frisco, TX, location up to 3 days per week and two from home.

The ServiceNow Administrator is accountable for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's ServiceNow platform. This role drives continuous improvement, and enables seamless ServiceNow management in alignment with industry best practices.

Key Accountability:

Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including tables, fields, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, UI Actions, macros, and workflows. Manage incident, problem, change, and release management processes, providing day-to-day operational support, code migrations, patching, and upgrades for the ServiceNow platform. Administer CMDB health by designing and running Discovery, maintaining data imports/exports, and monitoring configuration items. Develop and deliver customized portal pages and service catalog items using Bootstrap, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Build integrations and automations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, web services, email, and other connectors. Create reports, dashboards, notifications, and alerts to provide visibility into service performance and drive data-backed decisions. Document processes, maintain knowledge articles, and conduct end-user training to maximize platform adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand functionality and implement continuous improvements Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field preferred 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development Working knowledge of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, IRM, and CSM ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM) and ITIL Foundation preferred. ServiceNow Knowledge Base experience is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in line with business objectives. Self-motivated and proactive approach to driving platform adoption and continuous improvement Demonstrated success with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies within ServiceNow implementations. Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF), Now Platform App Engine, or similar low-code environments. Hands-on experience with large-scale, complex ServiceNow environments and multi-module rollouts. Participation in the ServiceNow Community, Knowledge conferences, or user-group forums.
