The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis, with a primary focus on recruiting for Operations roles while also supporting hardware and software engineering hiring needs. This role will be instrumental in driving our recruiting efforts to meet aggressive timelines in a fast-paced, defense technology environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of full-cycle recruiting in technical and operations fields, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the agility to pivot between different role types.

Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers in Operations (Production, Program Management, business development, etc.), Hardware, and Software teams to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies. Manage the full recruitment life cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding coordination. Source candidates through direct channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific boards, military transition programs, and targeted networking. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS (Ashby). Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to align recruiting priorities with business objectives. Support employer branding efforts to attract top-tier technical and operational talent. Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through onboarding. Qualifications

Required:

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including Operations and technical roles (hardware/software). Experience in a defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or technology environment. Strong sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, clearance job boards, and professional networks. Familiarity with ITAR and Export Control compliance. Proficiency with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL two days per week. Full-Time Employee Benefits
