Position Overview
As a
Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you'll be the friendly face representing nonprofit clients at community events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach programs. This is the perfect role for someone who's people-focused, purpose-driven, and ready to grow in a meaningful career.
Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit partners at community events and fundraising campaigns Engage donors, supporters, and community members in positive conversations Educate the public about active campaigns and social causes Build trust and long-term relationships to encourage continued support Work with the team to ensure event and campaign success Maintain professionalism, empathy, and integrity at all times
Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for nonprofit work, advocacy, or social change Outgoing, team-oriented personality Ability to thrive in fast-paced, public-facing environments No experience required -
paid training provided Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
