Job Title:IAM Sr. Program Manager Location: Hybrid 3 days a week, Boston, 02115 Salary Range: Up to $97.90 hour W2 (w2 only)
Employment Type: W2 Contract | Duration: 12 months | 40 hours/week (8am-5pm EST) Introduction We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of IAM programs that ensure secure, efficient, and compliant access to university systems and data. The Senior Program Manager will lead multiple complex IAM projects, coordinate with diverse stakeholders across the university, and ensure the delivery of solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications
Top 4 Must Haves per HM: 1.
IAM Technical Expertise SSO, MFA, PAM, and identity governance solutions Authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and directory services Cloud IAM platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud Identity) 2. Program Management 7-10 years IT program management (5+ years in IAM) Managing multiple complex IAM projects simultaneously PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred 3.
Stakeholder Communication Translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences Executive-level presentation skills Building consensus in matrixed environments 4.
Security & Compliance Regulatory compliance (FERPA, HIPAA, GDPR) Identity governance and privileged access management Audit support and compliance documentation
