Turret Operator
We are seeking a setup-level Turret Operator to join our team in White Bear Lake. This role involves operating Strippet Turret machines, learning setup processes, utilizing Fanuc controls, and setting parameters. The operator will also read from blueprints, use GD&T for tolerances and inspections, and handle sheet metal processes including loading, unloading, grinding, and deburring. Responsibilities: Operate Strippet Turret machines and learn setup processes. Utilize Fanuc controls to set parameters and run programs. Read and interpret blueprints using GD&T for tolerances and inspections. Load and unload large stacks of sheet metal into machines. Grind and deburr sheet metal as needed. Essential Skills: 2+ years of experience setting up a wide variety of parts on any brand of turret. Experience with GD&T. Blueprint reading experience. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with sheet metal, turret press, punch press, and sheet metal fabrication. Familiarity with precision machining and handling very thin gauge materials.
