Summary of Key Duties This position provides planning/scheduling support on the Strategic Planning Proposals team for the F-35 program. Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of integrated master schedules. Candidate will also integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on both existing and future plans. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). This Position will interact across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business operations, production and quality control. This position will be an regular participant in the evaluation of program and project planning and scheduling products and practices and will be instrumental in the resultant remediation activities upon identification of gaps. Must be a US Citizen. Must have ability to obtain & maintain a Security Clearance as part of employment. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. This role may have occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities A level 2 employee Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience Fort Worth, TX This position is in Fort Worth, TX. Excellent communication /interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Oracle Primavera or similar scheduling software. Scheduling experience including Critical Path Methodology (CPM) / network scheduling experience. Ability to teach others, showing the impact/value of the group's products / services. LEAN or Six Sigma training or certification. Experience in problem resolution. Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience. Conflict resolution skills. Integrated Master Plan experience.
