Team Lead/Machine Operator - 3rd Shift - $20/HR

The Operator will be responsible for the setup, operation, and monitoring of machines and equipment in a safe and productive manner. This role includes assuring quality testing of the product, proper raw material usage, packaging of finished products, minor maintenance on machines, and completion of all necessary paperwork. The Operator must meet or exceed standards for quality and production and be willing to work as part of a team environment by assisting others in their duties. Responsibilities

Must be able to setup and operate machines and equipment safely and productively. Monitor and assure quality testing of products. Ensure proper usage of raw materials and packaging of finished products. Perform minor maintenance on machines. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately. Meet or exceed standards for quality and production. Assist team members and operators with their duties. Essential Skills

3+ years of experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment. Experience with CNC, Plastic Injection, or Press machines. Documenting production preferably in a computer. Quality experience beyond visual inspection. Blueprint reading and first piece last piece inspection. Experience with gauges and micrometers. Team collaboration skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications

General labor and machine operating experience. Proficiency with hand tools and quality inspection. Production and assembly experience. Inspection and packing skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. General production knowledge. Why Work Here?

The work is conducted in a manufacturing environment that is clean and bright, but can occasionally be dirty, hot, cold, dusty, noisy, and greasy. Safety is paramount, requiring a high degree of care to prevent injuries. Openings are available on the 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 10:30pm, with weekend work being required. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
