Machine Operator
Paying $18 to $20 / HR Location: Gresham, OR Responsibilities: Operate and maintain coating/converting lines (13" dual/single web machines). Set up and run Flexographic, Gravure, silicone, hotmelt, and die-cutting stations. Perform quality inspections using automated systems. Load/unload paper rolls and maintain production logs. Follow safety and quality standards to minimize waste. Qualifications: 2+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills. Intermediate computer skills and ability to follow SOPs. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts. High school diploma or equivalent required. Environment / Shift: Industrial/Manufacturing Setting You'll be working on a production floor with coating and converting machinery. The environment likely includes moderate noise, moving mechanical parts, and physical activity (lifting, standing, walking). Shift: 5am - 3:30pm, Monday - Thursday during contract. Once converted, will go to night shift: 5pm - 5am.
