The posted compensation range of $24.00 - $26.69 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. The Aide Orderly (CNA) provides basic patient care, observations, and diagnostic support for the unit-specific patient population under the direct supervision of a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Nurse Management team member. This role ensures care is delivered in accordance with hospital policies and procedures while supporting the Mission and Core Values of Community Hospital of San Bernardino. Key Responsibilities: Deliver basic patient care and conduct observations as directed by nursing staff. Assist in diagnostic services to support patient care plans. Uphold hospital policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliance. Actively participate in fulfilling the Mission and Core Values of the hospital. Support the strategic plan and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. This position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Qualifications: Minimum of one (1) year experience in assigned unit required. Experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) at an accredited acute care hospital or health care facility preferred. Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (AHA-BCLS) certificates required Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA) certificate is preferred.
