Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management. Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer service delivery. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or account management roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
