- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or account management roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
