As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling B2B digital experiences. You'll work across dashboards, internal tools, and complex systems-collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and deliver high-impact solutions. From the client... Design and iterate on complex internal tools and systems Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Translate rough concepts into usable, viable product experiences Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to deliver end-to-end solutions Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries Advocate for user-centered design and champion best practices across the team Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong B2B portfolio Expertise in designing dashboards, internal tools, and complex systems Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools Strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, and product thinking Experience working within and extending brand guidelines and design systems Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for enterprise-scale eCommerce platforms Strong visual design sensibility and systems-thinking mindset Confident presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
