Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day communication, planning, and execution of software development projects. This role acts as the bridge between internal stakeholders and our offshore development team, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and deadlines are met. You will support the product and development teams by coordinating sprints, tracking progress, and facilitating collaboration across time zones. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate software development projects from planning through delivery in collaboration with product managers and offshore developers. Facilitate clear, consistent communication between internal stakeholders (product, support, QA) and the offshore development team. Manage sprint planning, task tracking, and stand-ups using tools such as Jira, or similar. Maintain project documentation including timelines, scope, status reports, and meeting notes. Monitor development progress to ensure adherence to scope, quality, and deadlines. Assist in gathering, refining, and communicating requirements to the offshore team. Track and triage bugs or issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and deployment planning. Identify potential project risks or delays and communicate proactively with relevant teams. Work flexible hours as needed to accommodate time zone differences with the offshore development team. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or project management role within a software or SaaS environment. Prior experience working directly with offshore development teams is required. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Excellent communication skills, especially in managing remote or international teams. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities. Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of the insurance industry or claims management processes is a plus. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience coordinating teams across time zones and managing asynchronous workflows. Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $70,000
