Forklift Operator and Material Handler
Join our team as a forklift operator and material handler where you'll assist machine operators in setting up and operating production equipment. You'll monitor machines during operation to ensure consistent quality and output, load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machinery. You will inspect products for defects and report issues to supervisors while maintaining accurate production records and following safety protocols. As needed, you'll support other production tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations. Responsibilities
Assist machine operators in setting up and operating production equipment Monitor machines during operation to ensure consistent quality and output Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machinery Inspect products for defects and report issues to supervisors Maintain accurate production records and follow safety protocols Operate machines such as extruders, laminators, press, and slitter machines Essential Skills
Former industrial experience Knowledge of machinery functions Basic computer and math skills Forklift and clamp truck operations (will train) Additional Skills & Qualifications
Manufacturing experience Experience with machine operating, assembly, general labor, general production Proficiency with hand tools, mechanical skills, forklift, packing, picking, rf scanner, packaging Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
