Assistant Machine Operator / Material Handler

What You'll Do
Assist in setting up and operating production machinery (extruders, laminators, presses, slitters). Load raw materials and remove finished goods from the line. Monitor machines for quality and performance. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance. Inspect products and report any issues. Keep accurate production records and follow all safety protocols. Support other production tasks as needed. What You Bring
Previous industrial or manufacturing experience. Familiarity with machine operations and production environments. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team setting. Basic computer and math skills. Willingness to learn forklift and clamp truck operations (training provided). Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). Why You'll Love Working Here
