Visionary Leader For Agentic BPaaS Solutions

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused leader to lead the development, delivery, and global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a new line of Agentic Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) solutions. This role is responsible for building and leading a dedicated global business unit focused on driving innovation at the intersection of Generative AI, autonomous agents, and digital operations. As the business and technology leader for this unit, you will own the end-to-end lifecyclefrom solution design and team building to commercialization and customer success. You will define the architectural direction, lead cross-functional execution, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth through differentiated BPaaS offerings across industry verticals. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership Define and lead the vision, roadmap, and business strategy for Agentic BPaaS offerings. Own revenue, growth, and profitability targets for the business unit. Provide executive-level oversight across architecture, engineering, solutioning, product management, delivery, and alliances. People Leadership & Unit Management Build and lead a high-performance global team of solution architects, product managers, GTM leads, delivery specialists, and engineers. Drive organization design, talent development, and succession planning across the unit. Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability aligned to enterprise transformation goals. Solution Architecture & Innovation Spearhead the design of modular, scalable, and secure agentic BPaaS platforms, integrating capabilities like LLMs, process intelligence, automation, and APIs. Establish reference architectures, accelerators, and reusable solution components across vertical use cases. Partner with R&D and external ecosystems to stay ahead of AI, GenAI, and autonomous systems advancements. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Commercialization Define market positioning, pricing strategy, and value propositions for agentic BPaaS offerings. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and alliances to execute a global GTM plan across key industries. Represent the company at industry events, analyst briefings, and C-suite client engagements. Client & Partner Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, articulating the strategic value of intelligent, AI-powered business services. Develop strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, platform vendors, and domain-specific solution providers. Ensure seamless client onboarding, delivery excellence, and measurable outcomes for BPaaS implementations. Qualifications:

18+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with 10+ years in digital transformation, BPaaS, or intelligent automation. Proven track record of leading global business units or product/solution P&Ls. Deep expertise in architecting and delivering large-scale digital/AI solutions in domains like insurance, financial services, healthcare, or telecom. Hands-on understanding of generative AI, autonomous agents, LLM orchestration, workflow platforms, RPA, and SaaS architectures. Experience driving GTM strategy, sales enablement, and field adoption in a leadership capacity. Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, including board-level communication. Preferred Skills & Attributes:

Prior experience launching or scaling AI-enabled BPaaS or platform businesses. Familiarity with regulatory, ethical, and operational aspects of AI in enterprise environments. Passion for leading with purpose, building diverse teams, and delivering impact through innovation
