We are currently seeking a Innovation Open AI Lead to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Director of OpenAI GTM Strategy & Enablement to lead the development and execution of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our landmark partnership with OpenAI. This individual will play a pivotal role in enabling all practice areas across our global organization to rapidly develop, package, and deliver innovative AI-powered solutions and services. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep expertise in solution commercialization, GTM execution, and ecosystem enablementwith a strong understanding of enterprise AI and the ability to translate OpenAI's platform capabilities into tangible business value for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Offering Enablement Define the cross-practice enablement model to incubate, co-develop, and accelerate OpenAI-powered solutions. Partner with practice leaders to build AI offerings tailored to verticals, domains, and client problems. Develop and manage a portfolio of reusable assets, accelerators, and reference architectures. Create a framework to prioritize, govern, and measure solution development initiatives. GTM Planning & Execution Develop a comprehensive OpenAI-focused GTM strategy, including positioning, messaging, and value proposition. Define and drive key GTM motions including direct sales, channel sales, co-selling with OpenAI, and ecosystem partnerships. Launch targeted campaigns and field plays for sales, marketing, and industry teams to activate at scale. Establish and track key success metrics across pipeline generation, win rates, and solution adoption. Sales & Field Enablement Design enablement programs to train client teams, industry leaders, and alliance managers on OpenAI value, use cases, and sales plays. Develop repeatable sales playbooks, competitive positioning, and objection-handling guides. Be the internal expert on OpenAI roadmap, capabilities, licensing models, and pricing constructs. Partner & Ecosystem Engagement In partnership with the strategic alliances function, act as the interface with OpenAI's partnership, product, and GTM teams. Identify and nurture alliances with complementary technology and data partners to enrich our solution portfolio. Participate in joint planning sessions with OpenAI to align on market priorities, co-investments, and co-sell targets. Minimum Skills Required: 10+ years experience in GTM, solution development, or alliance leadership in technology services or consulting. 3+ years experience selling and delivering AI solutions Ability to travel up to 50% Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly LLMs, generative AI, and enterprise AI adoption patterns. Experience working in or with large system integrators, GSI alliances, or hyperscaler ecosystems. Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to define KPIs, interpret performance, and adjust strategies accordingly. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $185,550 to $247,400. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
