Working closely with RNs and other team members, you'll help ensure individuals receive high-quality, person-centered health services.Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments according to physicians' orders Conduct routine health assessments and monitor vital signs Observe, document, and report health conditions and medication responses Support individuals during medical appointments and emergencies Provide training and guidance to direct support staff on health protocols Collaborate with RNs, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with all applicable nursing standards and agency policiesQualifications Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License - State of Texas Valid Driver's License At least 1 year of LVN experience (preferred within the last 3 years) Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for supporting individuals with disabilities Commitment to professional standards, teamwork, and compassionate careReady to Make an Impact?Be part of a passionate team making a real difference.
