Job Description
The

Product Manager
will:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute product strategies aligned with market trends and business goals. Develop and manage a multi-year product roadmap for electric actuators, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technology advancements. Market & Customer Insight
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for profitable growth. Engage with customers, OEMs, and partners to gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights. Define customer journeys and ensure product specifications support an optimal user experience. Product Development & Lifecycle Management
Lead cross-functional teams through the full product development process-from concept through launch and post-launch support. Manage the product lifecycle, including enhancements, quality improvements, VAVE initiatives, and end-of-life transitions. Ensure backward compatibility and migration paths to support long product lifecycles. Business Case & Financial Management
Build business cases for new products and enhancements, including ROI and payback analysis. Monitor product line profitability and adjust pricing strategies to meet margin goals. Sales & Marketing Support
Collaborate with sales on go-to-market strategies, training materials, and customer engagements. Support technical sales efforts, trade shows, and marketing communications for product positioning and messaging. Technical & Application Expertise
Serve as a subject matter expert in actuator technologies, applications, and industry-specific requirements. Ensure product compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards. ideal candidate will:
Have 8+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical marketing in a manufacturing environment. Possess a strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems, industrial process control, and related technologies. Demonstrate project leadership and cross-functional team management skills. Be data-driven, analytical, and customer-focused, with proven execution results. Have experience with PLM tools, ERP systems, and Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred). Bring industry experience in water/wastewater, power generation, steel, pulp/paper, or mining (highly desirable). Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (MBA preferred). What's on Offer
