We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in event management and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings.

Job: On site Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $900 - $1250 per week

Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and clients to ensure all needs are met accurately and timely. Help with the logistics of event preparation, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and transportation. Set up event spaces, including staging, seating, and audio-visual equipment, ensuring all elements are in place before the event starts. Manage on-site registration and check-in processes for attendees, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Gather and analyze feedback from event participants to improve future events and enhance attendee experience. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to work well under pressure and handle last-minute changes or challenges. A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn new skills. Experience in customer service or event-related internships is a plus. Benefits
