Corporate Recruiter
to support a large-scale talent acquisition initiative within a high-volume environment. This opportunity offers the chance to make a measurable impact by contributing to the
build-out of the FCRM/KYC department , supporting hiring needs across Shared Services. The successful candidate will independently manage full-cycle recruitment processes, with a focus on
collaboration, efficiency, and talent advising
across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage a portfolio of 25-30 requisitions in Shared Services (e.g., mortgage underwriting, processing, non-sales roles) Represent the company at recruitment events and coordinate branding efforts across channels (social media, intranet, etc.) Execute end-to-end recruitment processes independently, with limited direction from leadership Act as a
Talent Advisor -develop hiring strategies, present market insights, and provide hiring recommendations Coordinate and report on recruitment outcomes aligned to strategic TA goals Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs, ensuring alignment with compliance and diversity goals Partner cross-functionally with HR, CoEs, and hiring managers to ensure a consistent and effective hiring experience Train and coach junior team members and support process documentation Conduct internal/external research, prepare data presentations, and contribute to special initiatives Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to industry regulations and internal policies Champion the candidate experience and maintain high communication standards throughout the hiring process Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of corporate recruitment experience Proven track record in conducting interviews and managing high-volume requisitions Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient with MS Office Suite Nice-to-Have Experience:
Background in banking or financial services Experience using Workday ATS Familiarity with KYC/FCRM recruitment Hands-on sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed Required Skills:
Corporate Recruitment Interviewing Communication (written & verbal) Preferred Skills:
Workday ATS KYC/FCRM recruitment Sourcing (LinkedIn, Indeed) Additional Skills:
