Efficiently type and manage data entry tasks while actively engaging with clients. Manage daily mail and deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and handling. Occasionally assist walk-in clients with professionalism and attention. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes. Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain consistent communication with clients. Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally. Requirements: Proven experience in call center customer service or a similar role. Strong data entry skills with the ability to type accurately while conversing with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently. Capable of maintaining a consistent schedule in a stable work environment. Skilled in handling email correspondence and scheduling appointments. Comfortable assisting walk-in clients and managing mail or deliveries.
