Addison Group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the leadership team of one of our valued clients. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial organization in a role where you'll have a direct impact on day-to-day operations. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives. This fully onsite role combines traditional executive support with office coordination responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. Key responsibilities include: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for multiple leaders Draft, review, and send professional correspondence Organize and maintain executive email inboxes Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and incoming calls Handle office management tasks including ordering supplies and maintaining organization Assist with meeting preparation, including document creation and follow-ups Participate in occasional business day trips with leadership Qualifications: 35 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role Bachelor's degree required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Professional, positive, and adaptable demeanor Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing business environment Experience supporting multiple executives is preferred Perks: Medical, dental, and vision benefits Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership Stable organization with growth potential Unique travel experiences with executives Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
