Position: The Club at The Moore Server Assistant Type: Full-Time Reports To: The Club at The Moore GM About The Moore
The Moore is a landmark destination in the Miami Design District, comprising a private members club, hotel, and a collection of restaurants, retail, exhibition, event, and office spaces. Housed in the circa-1922 Moore building, it features nearly 90,000 square feet of space, including Elastika, a site-specific commission by Zaha Hadid for the 2005 Design Miami/ exhibition. The building's core programming includes: a public all-day dining on the first floor; The Club at The Moore on the second floor; The Workplace with private offices on the third floor; and a hotel with 15 suites, along with The Gallery at The Moore on the fourth floor. The redevelopment is led by WoodHouse, a boutique hospitality firm creating experiential concepts like private clubs, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues. Position Overview
The Server Assistant supports the guest experience by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of tables, supporting servers and management, and ensuring guest needs are promptly addressed. The role requires efficiency, attentiveness, and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities
Complete training on products, service procedures, and standards. Prepare tables meticulously before service. Use appropriate settings for different meal services and manage mise en place items. Stock and maintain stations during shifts. Ensure water delivery and assist other sections as needed. Clear and reset tables between courses. Polish and store silverware properly. Complete side work as scheduled. Stock bar area supplies before service. Maintain cleanliness and manage linens and trash. Benefits

At least 1 year of similar experience. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ability to follow instructions. Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Basic verbal communication skills. Physical Requirements
