Senior Digital Product Manager
Our financial services client is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to help drive growth of their wealth management product. The Senior Digital Product Manager will work directly with the Director of Product Management for this product to drive product outcomes ranging from defining product requirements and managing backlogs to handling bug issues. The ideal candidate has a strong consumer product background, incorporating design thinking, journey funnels, and a test and learn mindset to product development. This is a full-time, direct hire role that is hybrid, onsite 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs) in one of the following cities: New York City, Wilmington, DE, Baltimore, MD, Irving, TX, or Charlotte, NC. Senior Digital Product Manager Responsibilities: Support the Financial Wellness product strategy by ideating and delivering against an OKR-driven roadmap designed to drive improved financial health outcomes for customers and increased customer engagement. Define product requirements and create detailed specifications for new features and improvements. Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Establish analytical frameworks and measure results to ensure data-driven iteration toward customer and business objectives. Partner closely with Design to apply design thinking principles and bolster discovery throughout our product development lifecycle. Own the bug process in conjunction with QA engineering, by managing the bug backlog, validating and prioritizing fixes, and maintaining clear communication across teams to optimize QA efforts. Conduct user testing and analyze customer feedback to drive product decisions. Partner closely with engineering teams, providing direction and influence on product execution. Serve as a day-to-day SME for cross-functional stakeholders across the organization including Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and more. Senior Digital Product Manager Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years experience managing digital consumer products, preferable at large, matrixed organizations. Some experience working within a financial services organization. Bachelor's Degree. Demonstrated success in leading projects or processes within a high functioning product organization. Previous experience partnering closely with technical teams to translate requirements. Comfort interfacing with and presenting ideas to senior leadership. Consumer-focused mindset, utilizing data drive decision-making to inform product decisions. Proficiency writing SQL for data analysis is highly preferred. Strong written and verbal skills with a self-starter mindset and accountability for your domain and how it fits into the overall product/team. Experience in financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
