Lead Digital Analyst

Our consumer finance client is looking for a Lead Digital Analyst to join their Analytics team. This individual will play a key role in monitoring, measuring, reporting and driving improvements in digital touch points by using data to inform strategic decisions. They will work within cross-functional teams to create valuable insights into their digital engagement trends, identify key opportunities for enhancement, and help develop business cases and A/B testing plans to execute on those opportunities. This role will look to grow to provide mentorship to junior analysts in the future, but will be an individual contributor to start. This is a hybrid role that will require being onsite at least 3x per week (Tues-Thurs) in one of the following locations: New York, NY, Wilmington, DE, Baltimore, MD, or Irving, TX. You must be within a commutable distance to one of these locations to be considered. Lead Digital Analyst Responsibilities: Extract, analyze, and interpret digital customer engagement data from multiple systems to design, recommend, and execute strategies to optimize capabilities across existing customer experiences. Inform all aspects of the product development process from outlining strategic direction, defining customer intent, creating solutions, and validating hypotheses through experimentation. Develop and manage dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into customer engagement and digital experience metrics. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of digital touchpoints and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with teams to create detailed reports that inform business decisions and track progress toward OKRs. Design and implement A/B testing plans to evaluate the impact of changes and refine strategies based on performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, tech, design, business) to create valuable insights into digital engagement trends. Identify key opportunities for enhancing the digital experience and help develop business cases to support proposed improvements. Lead Digital Analyst Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of data analytics experience, ideally in the financial services industry. Experience analyzing and measuring digital customer engagement across channels. Proficiency in Web Analytics (ie. Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe Analytics, etc.), Data Visualization (ie. Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and SQL. Experience with A/B Testing: Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools (ie. Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate teams, and meet deadlines effectively. Ability to partner with and develop strong relationships across all organizational levels.
