We support Fortune 500 clients such as T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Dish Network, and AT&T. We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Recruiter/Sourcer to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to fulfill the company's staffing needs, hourly and salary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Skills: Ideal candidate has hired construction resources including Tower Technicians, Civil Ground Crews, Construction Field Managers, Construction Project Managers Bilingual in Spanish/English Has sourced skilled labor roles Comfortable carrying 15+ req load with priorities which shift weekly Strong sourcer who can share examples of using creative approaches to fill niche roles; expert with Boolean searching Skilled using Facebook postings and Craigslist for specialized roles Concordia Wireless is a division of Concordia Group.
