For more information, please visit solera.com. The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized Accounts Payable Manager for the North America region to join our team. This role will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing and payment of vendor invoices across all US entities. The manager will work with the AP Director to develop monitoring programs to ensure KPIs are maintained weekly, including managing shared mailboxes and OCR processes. Additionally, the role involves ensuring that AP aging reports accurately reflect outstanding vendor balances and that account reconciliations are current. The manager will also assist in developing and documenting processes per system and maintain a qualified staff. This role reports to the Director of Global Procure to Pay. What Youll Do Review, code, and process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during invoice processing. Promptly resolve invoice discrepancies and issues. Review vendor aging reports to ensure accuracy and no excessive credit balances. Provide documentation supporting month-end reconciliations. Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and accruals. Support audits by providing necessary documentation. Ensure supervised staff are properly equipped to perform their tasks consistently. What Youll Bring An undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience. Over 10 years of managing an Accounts Payable function. Prior experience with Concur preferred. Experience managing remote staff both in-house and outsourced. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong organizational and analytical skills, including proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.). Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365 ERP platforms, or similar is preferred. Why Solera: Competitive salary and benefits.
