We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst supporting the Resource Industries Aftermarket Services and Mining CEO within the Resource Industries Sales, Services and Technology Division (RISST). In this role you will provide financial counsel to commercial and product groups inside and outside the division to assist with the achievement of goals, provide a strategic focus and lead initiatives to support profitable services growth. What You Will Do: Be a trusted business partner in supporting the Resource Industries aftermarket parts & services business and Mining COE department. Monthly financial reporting, analysis and presentation of the RI Segment's aftermarket financial performance and operational metrics. Support the RI Accountable Parts Profit (APP) annual business plan, early warnings, quarterly forecasts, and long-term forecast. Provide meaningful, actionable insights, and recommendations to leadership. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to initiate, lead, and support segment or corporate initiatives towards profitable services growth. Drive improvements and efficiencies in financial analysis and reporting processes in alignment of our Global Finance Strategy. What You Have: Accuracy and Attention to Detail:
Understand the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high level of precision. Analytical Thinking:
Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; capacity to determine root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions to resolve those problems. Effective Communication:
Utilize effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Decision Making:
Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; capable of accurately analyzing situations and reaching productive decisions based on informed judgment. Financial Planning & Analysis:
Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools for financial reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations as well as read, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. Top Candidates Will Have: Accounting or Finance degree Financial Reporting & Analysis experience Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence with the ability to collaborate and partner across peers and leadership Additional Info: This position can be located in our Irving, TX or Tucson, AZ offices Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify Sponsorship is not available International and domestic travel up to 5% Summary Pay Range: $110,520.00 - $165,840.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
