Finance What You Will Do

Solar Turbines seeks an

Accountant - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

with 3+ years of experience to partner with business teams, support financial forecasting and analysis, and communicate results to finance and market-facing executives. What You Will Have

Degree:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience. Communication Skills:

Ability to effectively transmit and interpret ideas, adapt documents and presentations for the audience, demonstrate empathy and assertiveness. Analytical Thinking:

Knowledge of analysis techniques, ability to identify root causes, explain variances, and quantify costs, benefits, and risks. Attention to Detail:

Ability to process large quantities of detailed information accurately and efficiently, using cross-checking mechanisms. Managing Priorities:

Effective self-management, managing multiple objectives, projects, and activities with good judgment on prioritization. Financial Analysis:

Ability to interpret financial data and draw accurate conclusions. Decision Making & Critical Thinking:

Knowledge of decision-making processes and tools to analyze situations and make informed decisions. Accounting & Financial Reporting:

Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools to prepare and maintain financial statements and reports. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in analysis or forecasting for budgets, programs, or business units. Advanced MS Excel skills, including database/analytical add-ins like Oracle/Hyperion Smart View. Experience creating and presenting financial reports using MS PowerPoint. This position requires onsite work five days a week. Visa sponsorship is not available. For more opportunities, visit
