This job is a member of the Payments Servicing Team within the American Airlines Credit Union. The role is responsible for providing administrative support and member servicing assistance to Payment Services operations for American Airlines Credit Union's credit and debit cards. What You'll Do

Assist phone agents with training and member service Perform member service escalations & problem solving Research and resolve member and operational issues Assist Payments Servicing Supervisors in call monitoring for Payments Servicing MSRs Assist in managing vendor relationship with credit card call center Provide backup coverage for Payments Servicing Supervisors Create & maintain training materials for Payments Servicing procedures and assist in new employee training Make recommendations to improve procedure functionality and efficiency Foster a culture that promotes teamwork, service excellence and relationship building within the overall organization Serve in a Payments Servicing MSR capacity as required to support operational needs Perform other duties as assigned The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act. Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience: College degree is a plus Previous payments transactions and systems, bank, and finance company experience Previous customer service experience Previous supervisory or leadership experience Skills, Licenses & Certifications: Skilled in Microsoft Office software (i.e., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software Knowledge of Episys, Synapsys, PSCU, Visa DPS and Coop transaction processing systems Ability to exercise excellent member service skills Knowledge of credit union laws and regulation Knowledge of payment systems rules, regulations and guidelines Ability to demonstrate above average organizational, oral and written communications skills Ability to perform in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a team Ability to lead and motivate employees in working as a team Ability to train skills, knowledge, procedures and behavior to team members as required Ability to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills and capacity for strong attention to detail Flexibility to move freely between tasks and assignments within the scope of the job as business needs require Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance Ability to adjust work schedule and work additional hours as necessary to support operational needs Ability to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks What You'll Get
