This position offers a starting wage of $25.00/hourly and monthly incentive bonus opportunities. employer match, and an additional employer funded retirement savings account. The Reliability Helper is responsible for inspecting, servicing, cleaning, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance tasks on machinery.
RESPONSIBILITES: Adheres to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures
Performs detailed equipment inspections in accordance with the documented Maintenance (PM) processes
Performs pump rebuilds
Performs machine alignments
Maintains lubricants in accordance with ISO standards
Troubleshoots and maintains Hydraulic Power Units and Lubrication systems
Performs lubrication tasks on machinery
Writes descriptive work orders and job plans
REQUIREMENTS: Experience in forklift and man lift operation
Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools (vibration analysis, infrared imaging, ultra sound, laser alignment, NDT, etc.) is preferred but not required
Understanding of LEAN tools and TPM – 5S(6S), 5 Why’s, etc. a plus
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team
Problem solver
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Able to work in a heavy industrial environment subject to fluctuations in heat, humidity, odors, dust, and noise
Valid drivers license
