employer match, and an additional employer funded retirement savings account. RESPONSIBILITIES: Transfer tools, parts, equipment and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.

Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas and other objects using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.

Examine and test machinery, equipment, components and parts for defects to ensure proper functioning.

Adjust, maintain and repair tools, equipment and machines.

Install or replace machinery, equipment, new and/or replacement parts, instruments using hand or power tools.

Tend and observe equipment and machinery to verify efficient and safe operation.

Hold or supply tools, parts, equipment, and supplies for other workers.

Position vehicles, machinery, equipment, physical structures and other objects for assembly or installation, using hand tools, power tools and moving equipment.

Disassemble broken or defective equipment to facilitate repair and reassemble equipment when repairs are complete.

Apply protective materials to equipment, components, and parts to prevent defects and corrosion.

Assemble and maintain physical structures using hand or power tools.

Order new parts to maintain inventory.

Prepare work stations for use by mechanics and repairers.

Complete regular equipment inspection rounds to monitor the proper operation of support equipment.

Read and write Safe Job Procedures, Unfamiliar Tasks, and Hazard Identification documents.

REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime.

Ability to work in an environment subject to fluctuation in heat, humidity, fumes, odors, dust and noise.

Perform all duties in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and company policies.

Strong decision making skills to determine the level of hazard, proper PPE and job planning to perform a task safely.

Ability to use basic hand and power tools.

Strong communication skills; Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with internal and external customers.

Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other programs.

Ability to write, follow detailed work instructions and give feedback in a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Prior forklift experience or willing to obtain an EVRAZ forklift certification.

Skid steer (Bobcat) experience or willing to obtain an EVRAZ bobcat certification.

Man lift experience or willing to obtain an EVRAZ man lift certification.

Be able to work at heights in a man lift, on ladders or elevated platforms.

Able to enter a confined space after proper permitting has been completed.

Ability to withstand prolonged physical exertions including standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, kneeling, climbing and working in awkward positions and tight areas.
