Food Service Supervisor
The Food Service Supervisor aids the Assistant Manager in overall responsibility of food service. This specific position will be responsible for maintaining operations in our two retail locations: Sizzle and Swirl and JAVA 101. Job Relations: Reports directly to the management team. This is a working supervisory position. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday 2:30PM-11:00PM. Pay rate ranges from $18-20/hour. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for following food safety procedures and ensuring that employees uphold standards as well when working with food. Responsible for implementing retail ideas, promotions, events, and training as laid out by management. Responsible for training of student workers in both locations. Follow responsible cash handling procedures. Keep personal work areas clean, neat and efficiently arranged at all times. Oversee and assist the prepping of food items needed. Report stock and production needs and trends. Perform any other tasks as requested by management.
