In-Home Scheduler

is to provide efficient administrative services to the Home Care department, resulting in the delivery of excellent internal customer service. Pay: $20.00-$23.00 Required Qualifications:

Minimum two (2) years administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, E-mail and the Internet. Well-developed oral communication skills Attentive to detail Strong organizational skills High degree of professionalism; ability to deal with extremely confidential information. Works well independently and with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: one-year

and/or Human Resources experience preferred.. Essentials: Maintain files record keeping; track attendance occurrences in accordance with the attendance policy and write up corrective actions as needed for Home Care Staff and turn them in to the Personal Care Supervisor. Oversee the staffing process; develop, maintain and update the Home Care schedule one-month in advance; ensure that agency staff has all the legal requirements prior to assigning them duty in the facility; assist the Personal Care Supervisor and Executive Director in meeting the staffing budget goals by acting as a communications liaison, reconciling agency staff bills against schedules, and by tracking agency hour usage. Develop and maintain a good rapport with Home Care Staff to ensure their willingness to be flexible and to pick up hours when needed. Provide clerical support and assisting in various projects for Home Care. Maintaining medical records including tracking, filing and data entry. Perform routine sites visits as needed. Communicate schedule changes to participants.
