We're seeking a Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee field operations and ensure our clients receive top-quality service throughout New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from initial assessment through completion Coordinate and supervise field crews to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication and updates Identify and resolve project challenges quickly and effectively Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices Qualifications
Experience in construction or project management required (restoration experience is a plus) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well with clients, field teams, and subcontractors Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving TPA (Third Party Administrator) knowledge is a bonus, but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer
