Position Summary: The Mortgage Disclosure Analyst is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and delivering accurate and compliant mortgage disclosures in a timely manner. This role works closely with Loan Officers, Processors, and Compliance to ensure all disclosures meet federal, state, and investor requirements, while providing an excellent borrower experience.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue initial Loan Estimates (LE) and Closing Disclosures (CD) in compliance with TRID and company guidelines. Review loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before sending disclosures. Monitor critical timelines to ensure disclosures are sent within required timeframes. Communicate with Loan Officers, Processors, and clients to gather missing information needed for accurate disclosure preparation. Track and update disclosure status in the Loan Origination System (LOS). Process re-disclosures when loan terms or fees change. Work closely with compliance to resolve any discrepancies or issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state disclosure regulations and investor guidelines. Provide exceptional service to internal teams and clients while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Qualifications:
Required:
2+ years of mortgage experience, preferably in disclosures, processing, or compliance. Strong knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and TILA regulations. Experience with Loan Origination Systems High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). What We Offer:
