Location:Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite - 5 days/week, Hybrid as needed)Interview:Prefer onsite for local candidatesDuration:Long-term ContractTop Skills:MES (DELMIA Apriso), Business Systems Analysis, SQLDescription:Seeking an experienced professional with strong Manufacturing Execution System (MES) expertise (preferably DELMIA Apriso) to participate in the analysis, configuration, modification, and implementation of IT business systems. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as hands-on experience supporting and debugging system-level business applications in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities: Analyze, configure, modify, and implement IT business systems. Partner with end users to gather requirements and produce detailed functional specifications. Conduct analysis of system specifications, configurations, and develop documentation. Create specifications and process flows for application developers. Perform solution design, functional design, testing, prototyping, and implementation. Train users on new/modified system configurations and impacts on business processes. Maintain system integrity, manage upgrades, changes, and user updates. Debug system-level code for business applications. Provide production support for manufacturing systems, including occasional after-hours/weekends. Support integration with ERP (SAP), PLM (Agile), CRM, and other business systems.Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (MS/MB plus). 3-5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience, preferably in a government-regulated industry. Hands-on experience with MES (preferably DELMIA Apriso) - development, configuration, and maintenance. Strong experience with MS SQL and SQL Server Management Studio. Knowledge of integration with ERP (SAP), PLM (Agile), CRM. Familiarity with SDLC processes and ability to manage IT projects end-to-end. Experience with multi-node server architectures and data formats (XML, JSON). Front-end development skills in JavaScript and CSS a plus. Experience with Tableau, SSRS, reporting applications a plus. Experience with hardware/machine tool integration (e.g., digital torque tools) a plus. Knowledge of Snowflake, Altova Suite, MapForce software a plus. Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with remote teams.
