Senior Product Manager

Our office is in the heart of the Loop within 10 minutes of the Metra and all "EL" trains. And, we have lots (and lots) of snacks. As a Senior Product Manager at Smokeball, you'll drive strategic direction, innovation, and execution for our SaaS solutions for law firms. You will be a key member of a cross-functional team delivering product solutions that significantly enhance client experience, accelerate product adoption, and drive measurable business results. This is a hybrid role with our office being in Chicago, IL. A typical day involves: Define, own, and execute the product roadmap aligned with Smokeball's strategic vision and client needs. Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts, UX/UI, engineering, marketing, client success, and sales to create compelling, innovative features. Leverage user analytics, market research, and customer feedback to prioritize and optimize features and functionalities. Implement data-driven decision-making, continuously refining product strategies based on usage data, market trends, and competitive analysis. Facilitate product launches, including go-to-market plans, user training, adoption monitoring, and iteration based on client insights. Actively contribute to our product management culture through mentorship, best practice sharing, and cross-team collaboration. What you bring: 8+ years of product management experience with SaaS platforms, preferably in B2B markets. Demonstrated success delivering software products from concept through launch, driving user adoption and revenue growth. Expertise in defining and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing feature development, and managing cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize data and insights to inform strategic decisions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, the ability to influence multiple levels internally and externally. Familiarity with product management tools and agile methodologies; experience with Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms preferred.
